Your click will automatically appear in the Edit and Mix windows as an auxiliary input with the Pro Tools Click II plugin loaded.
From there, select the Track menu and go all the way to the bottom: there you’ll find the option to Create Click Track. You should start by opening a new, blank Pro Tools session.
